(HEAVY for Advanced athletes under 110 lbs.) - HEAVY resistance for Beginner and Intermediate athletes over 110 lbs. (ULTRA HEAVY resistance for advanced athletes over 150 lbs.) Take into account the athlete's age versus weight when ordering.
